The purpose of this article is to explore the evolution of interactive design, its connection to architecture and art, and its impact on the formation of aesthetic space. It reviews the history of interactive technologies, starting from the 1960s, when pioneers like G. Pask and C. Price laid the foundation for flexible environments. The article describes the development of the graphical user interface and key achievements in the field of interactive design, including the use of LEDs, touch panels, and dynamic glass. Special attention is given to the synthesis of interactive technologies with visual art, which contributes to the reinterpretation of spatial forms. Specifically, the paper analyzes the influence of multimedia screens, interactive museum spaces, and advertising installations on the perception of the environment. It demonstrates how smart technologies are integrated into architecture, creating «smart» buildings and cities. Examples of such innovative projects are provided, such as the intellectual facade Luminous in Sydney, where architecture is transformed into a dynamic object through interactive materials. The research emphasizes the role of software and Flash technologies in creating interactive, transformable structures. Thanks to these technologies, ordinary walls can be turned into touch panels that provide two-way user interaction. The article examines the influence of such technologies on the aesthetic and emotional aspects of space, as well as their ability to alter classical design. The significance of interactive design for the future of the architectural environment is highlighted. Interactive technologies are changing traditional art and design, opening up new possibilities for the artistic reinterpretation of space. The synthesis of architecture, design, and art allows for the creation of unique images of intellect.
