NARRATIVES OF THE FUNCTIONING OF FINE ART: ASPECTS OF TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT AND UPBRINGING OF THE PERSONALITY, IMPLEMENTATION OF CREATIVE STEPS AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Abstract

The aspects of the functioning of fine arts in modern Ukrainian society are highlighted, the narratives of its effectiveness are outlined and analysed. In this regard, fine arts are considered as a means and factor of education, development and upbringing of the younger generations, as a component of obtaining relevant artistic professions, as a sphere of creative progress and as a center for conducting art-historical research. The purpose of the article – to reveal the «system of functioning» of fine art in the life of Ukrainian society, to analyse the spheres of life it covers today, to identify and substantiate its current narratives. Materials and methods. The coverage of the stated topic is based on a comprehensive approach to its disclosure. This made it possible to objectively analyze the key aspects of the subject of study – narratives of the effectiveness of fine art, – to determine the systematic nature of their connections and continuity, to indicate and substantiate the regularities of such. The main methods used are: search-bibliographic, art-historical, diachronic-synchronic, integrative, complex and differentiated analysis of the surveyed, worked out, with the inclusion of scientific, pedagogical and artistic analyses of the subject-object emergence of facts, phenomena, processes, etc. Scientific novelty. For the first time in the field of art history, the question of a comprehensive consideration of fine arts as a relevant and undoubtedly significant «social institution» for the Ukrainian present has been raised, with its inherent system of effectiveness, which in one way or another allows solving many important tasks in the education, development and upbringing of the younger generations, in acquiring appropriate artistic professions, in achieving creative progress by artists, as well as in conducting research related to fine arts. Conclusions. The considered narratives of the effectiveness of fine arts give grounds to speak about the realities of the complex functioning of this artistic field in modern Ukrainian society, about the actual relevance, demand and effective impact of this art, its inherent varieties in various spheres of modern life. It is shown that all applied applications and actions of fine arts are closely interconnected, and although in a particular sphere of life they appear differently, according to requests and needs, the very aspect of the formation of relationships between them is a natural phenomenon.
