SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AS A MAIN COMPONENT OF REGENERATIVE DESIGN IN THE FORMATION OF TEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE OBJECTS (USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE DESIGN OF CHINESE TEMPORARY BAMBOO PAVILIONS)

The aim of the article is to identify, analyze and systematize the main issues facing architects and designers today, which relate to the formation of temporary architecture objects based on an environmentally friendly material – bamboo. The revealed characteristics of the material indicate the presence of the most effective approaches to the dissemination of the concept of sustainable development as one of the tasks of regenerative design. During the work on the article, the main issues reflecting the tasks of regenerative design were identified, namely: ecosystem restoration, integration of man with nature, their cultural and social consciousness. The difference between the circular economy model and the linear one was revealed, which indicates the construction of long-term sustainability based on the important approach of "research – use – recycle – restore". The leading principles of the circular economy are revealed, including: waste-free design; long-term use of design products and materials; preservation of natural systems. Using examples of architectural and design practice, the main methods of modeling temporary architecture objects in accordance with the properties of the material are established, which indicate the possibilities of solving regenerative design issues. Various modern methods of using structural systems in the design of temporary pavilions are revealed. In continuation of the analysis of the issues of combining various natural and artificial materials with bamboo, visual material is proposed that clearly demonstrates the results of the design work of specialists. As a result, the analysis of scientific sources and the systematization of examples of practical activities of architects and designers allowed the formation of summary tables that briefly demonstrate the main results of the study.
