ARTISTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF ARTISTIC MOVEMENTS IN THE FORMATION OF AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The aim of the article is to provide a theoretical substantiation and practical comprehension of the role of avantgarde artistic tools and phenomenological methods in creating an inclusive architectural and design environment, where aesthetic form facilitates the expansion of social adaptation opportunities and the psychological comfort of users. The article presents a comprehensive art historical and architectural study dedicated to exploring the synergy between avant-garde artistic strategies and phenomenological aspects within the context of designing a modern inclusive environment. The relevance of this work stems from the need to move beyond a purely technical approach to inclusion toward the formation of an empathetic space that accounts for the diversity of human experience. The author analyzes the heritage of avant-garde movements (specifically Suprematism, Constructivism, and Futurism) as a theoretical foundation for reimagining the functionality and aesthetics of accessibility. Special attention is paid to the phenomenology of perception, where the architectural environment is viewed through the prism of the user’s sensory experience. The phenomenological approach allows for the transformation of space from a passive background into an active participant in social communication, where tactile sensations, the play of light, and the acoustic properties of materials become means of orientation. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the substantiation that avant-garde aesthetics do not contradict the requirements of universal design; on the contrary, they provide them with high artistic quality, removing social stigma from inclusive objects. The author concludes that combining phenomenological analysis with innovative avant-garde forms allows for the creation of an environment that stimulates sensory development and ensures psychological comfort for all segments of the population. The research results can be implemented in modern urban planning practices to create a harmonious, safe, and aesthetically enriched living space.
